We understand and believe in the effectiveness of collaboration for greater gain. We recognize that our contributions, however unique, valuable and essential, are only part of the solution and that we add and augment the value our partners bring.
We always work closely with our clients’ HR and technology departments and/or IT provider and often with other specialist consultancies who concentrate on specific aspects of an HR transformation.

We can differentiate our partners’ offerings in a competitive market. Rather than all players being “samey” on approach, price and timescales, when we’re in the mix at the bid stage our partners stand out from the rest as having:

Teamwork
Ours is a business based on intellectual property and our partners are primarily consultants. While we consult around our product set, we do not try to do what our partners do. We collaborate.
Integrity
Ours is a business based on trust – backed by licensing contracts.
Our HR toolkit is vendor-independent, so our designs can be used as user requirements for any software build exercise. Our designs have been built in SAP and Oracle; we have also tested our designs with Northgate and with Agresso.
