David Mansell
- Advises and is an authority on shared services and back office design and technology development projects
- Managed major projects in emerging technology, organisational change, re-engineering and company relocation
- Implemented a variety of projects for multi-national companies in sectors such as media, communications, construction, transportation, pharmaceuticals, utilities in the UK and throughout Europe
Paul McLintic
- Consults in human resources, organisation development and change management
- Specializes in HR transformations involving shared services particularly in enhancing the end user experience through holistic process design and user friendly service delivery via the desk top
- Consulted extensively with PwC for major national and multi-national organisations across many business and public service sectors
- Previously managed full service range HR and training functions in 24/7 manufacturing environment
